Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes content and conduct that is not allowed on Flowipy. It applies to every account, every published website hosted on Flowipy (including all .flowipy.com subdomains), every booking page, and every interaction with our APIs.

By using Flowipy you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account — without refund and without prior notice when the violation is serious or illegal.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Flowipy to host, publish, link to, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit material, pornography, nudity-for-arousal, or adult services of any kind.
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way (CSAM). This is reported to authorities immediately.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that incites violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Graphic violence, gore, or shock content.
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Illegal goods or services: drugs, weapons, stolen items, fake IDs, human trafficking.
• Unlicensed gambling, lotteries, or pyramid/MLM schemes.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content — including fake reviews, impersonation, phishing, scams, and deceptive health or financial claims.
• Malware, viruses, spyware, cryptominers, or any code that harms users or their devices.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights — copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets you do not have permission to use.
• Personal data of others published without their consent (doxxing).
• Anything that violates applicable law in Sweden, the EU, or the jurisdiction where the content is published or accessed.
• Anything that violates the rules of our payment processor (Stripe). See Stripe's Restricted Businesses list.

Prohibited Conduct

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or SMS through Flowipy.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of Flowipy without written permission.
• Overloading the platform (e.g. denial-of-service, scraping at abusive rates).
• Reselling Flowipy as a white-labeled service without a written agreement.
• Using AI features to generate any of the prohibited content listed above.

AI-Generated Images and Video (Flowipy Studio)

Flowipy Studio lets you generate and edit images and video with third-party AI models. All rules above apply to prompts, uploaded reference images, start/end frames and generated output. In addition, you may not use Studio to create:

• Sexual, nude or suggestive imagery, and never any depiction of a minor in a sexual or suggestive context.
• Extreme or gratuitous violence, gore, torture, mutilation, animal cruelty, or content designed to shock or traumatise.
• Realistic depictions of identifiable real people ("deepfakes") without their explicit consent — including public figures, politicians, celebrities and your own customers.
• Content that impersonates a person, brand or organisation, or fabricates events, statements or news in a way that could mislead.
• Election, political or crisis-related content intended to deceive.
• Hate symbols, terrorist or extremist propaganda, or glorification of violent groups.
• Imagery promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders or dangerous behaviour.
• Copyrighted characters, artwork or trademarks you have no right to use, or prompts that deliberately imitate a living artist's style for commercial passing-off.
• Content created by attempting to bypass, jailbreak or manipulate the safety filters of Flowipy or of the underlying model providers.

Generation runs on third-party providers (including Google, OpenAI, ByteDance and models served via fal.ai). Their usage policies apply in addition to this AUP, and a provider may refuse or block a request independently of us. Prompts and generated media may be screened automatically and logged for abuse prevention; we may review flagged material manually.

You are responsible for how you use the output. Where the law requires it — for example the EU AI Act's transparency rules — you must disclose that media is AI-generated. Repeated blocked or abusive generation attempts may lead to suspension of Studio access or of the entire account, without refund of unused credits. Generated video is stored for 7 days; download anything you want to keep.

Reporting Abuse

If you believe a website, booking page, or account on Flowipy violates this policy, please report it to abuse@flowipy.com. Include the URL, a short description of the issue, and screenshots if possible. We review reports promptly and act on those that violate this policy or applicable law. Reports are handled in line with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: remove or disable access to offending content, suspend or terminate the account, refuse refunds for the affected billing period, preserve evidence, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination.

Changes

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard.
