30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with access to Booking, Digital Signing and 10 Flowipy Studio AI credits. No credit card is required, so you can evaluate the product before making a purchase decision. Flowipy SEO is a separate add-on that requires a paid plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Your account will remain active with full access until the end of your current billing period, after which it reverts to a limited state. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund — use the money-back guarantee above for that.

How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at info@flowipy.com and we will help you. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies. Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to those rights.

Service Issues

If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us — we will arrange a refund even outside the 30-day window.
