Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. This allows you to evaluate the product before making a purchase decision.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Your account will remain active with full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to a limited state.

No Partial Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Yearly Plans

For yearly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time but the subscription remains active until the end of the 12-month period. Refunds for yearly plans are only considered within the first 14 days of purchase.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by subscribing to our digital service and accessing the platform immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you waive this right once the service delivery has begun. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

Exceptions

If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the service, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
