Terms of Service

Flowipy is operated by Leif Peter Billekvist, Sweden, trading as Hoffstedts ("Flowipy", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are of legal age and, if you sign up on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

Service Description

Flowipy is a modular platform for small businesses. Flowipy Booking provides online booking and digital contract signing, Flowipy Studio provides AI image and video generation, and Flowipy SEO provides SEO analysis and article publishing. Modules are subscribed to individually, and additional storage and credit packs can be purchased.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the data you collect from your customers, for keeping your account information accurate, and for all activity under your credentials. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.

Subscription and Payments

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Booking, Digital Signing and 10 Flowipy Studio AI credits. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service. Flowipy SEO is a separate add-on that requires a paid plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flowipy for any illegal activities, fraud, spam, or to host malicious, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content, and not to interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping) or infringe anyone's intellectual property. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

AI features — including image and video generation in Flowipy Studio and AI-written articles in Flowipy SEO — are covered by the same rules. You may not generate sexual, extreme-violent, hateful or deceptive material, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content that infringes someone else's rights, and you may not attempt to bypass safety filters. The usage policies of the underlying model providers apply in addition to ours, and you are responsible for disclosing AI-generated media where the law requires it.

You are responsible for the prompts and source material you submit, for having the rights to that material, and for verifying AI output before you publish or rely on it. AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and outputs, and rights-holders can submit takedown requests to info@flowipy.com; repeated infringement leads to termination.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where the circumstances allow it, we will contact you first. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Flowipy and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Flowipy retains ownership of the platform, code, and design, and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the platform, or circumvent technical limits.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Flowipy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to our data practices as described therein.

Service Level and Warranties

We work to keep Flowipy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
