Welcome to Flowipy CalendarPage. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Flowipy provides an online booking system and website builder for businesses. We offer two plans: Booking (embeddable booking widget) and CalendarPage (booking + complete branded website with hosting).

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the data you collect from your customers. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties.

Subscription and Payments

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. All prices are in USD. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flowipy for any illegal activities, spam, or to host malicious, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice and without refund.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Flowipy. Flowipy retains ownership of the platform, code, and design.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Flowipy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to our data practices as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

Flowipy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
